REVIEW 

It has certainly been a while since I’ve picked up a book of philosophy. To be honest, since finishing my university course I thought that at the time, I might never pick up a book again in this genre. But here I am. What a failed attempt.

But I do certainly love the scope of this type of philosophy and Rousseau did not disappoint. Not only was the ideas easy to relate to, but simple to read as well. If you’ve read anything to do with Philosophy you come to understand that it is not always easy to read between the lines. But Rousseau has a writing style that is simple yet effective in the time that he lived.

There isn’t much to say except if you feel chained down by society and you interested in the mechanics of politics this book would be an easy win.

The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton

It was a truly different and entricate way of writing that i have never seen before in a book. I think now, since i have read this i want to seek out more of this type of style that Ms Walton has. The Ridealong by Michaelbrent Collings

Sorry for such a long wait. I have been quite busy. But I am now delighted to inform you that I am now finished with exams for another year at least! So you know what this means... I can now dedicate much more time once again to my blog. This is my first review in a long line of them for now!   I'm trying something a little bit different to what I would normally review for books. But,  this has proven to become a refreshing change, as this book has really made me want to look more into this genre - beware!  The antagonist is very creepy and sinister, something that I may experience in an nightmare, or even worst, from the corner of your eye or over your shoulder.
