My new reading challenge…

I hope you are all doing great and having a lovely week.

I just wanted to introduce you all to my brand new challenge that I will be taking part in.

My very own TBR challenge!

As most of you will already be aware, I have a very bad book addiction. Very bad. Terrible. But because I buy more than I can read, this has lead to many fantastic reads sitting on the bookshelf ready to have their day to be read.

Well, hopefully that will soon become a distant memory… and maybe stop my bank account from screaming every-time I wander into the bookstore.

From now on, I pledge to make a review of all the books I read from my TBR list. Some reviews might be big, some small. But the main thing is, I will be reading!

I hope you all follow me on this crazy journey because if I’m being honest, there are a lot. I haven’t counted in a while but it must be in the 240 range.

Meteorite Deceit

Yes! It's that time. I have read my very first Dan Brown book. Amazing. I think i have came away thinking more about what is happening in the world than any other. Fantastic! This is truly what i would say is a masterpiece, every detail refined to perfection. I believe that i have learnt so much, and it has made me think on how oblivious i am to the world and what type of scandals go on behind our backs. SEPTEMBER TBR!

Another month ended and school is slowly creeping back on us. Well, so much for the holidays! I have to admit that when it comes to this time in the year i get so depressed. Not only the fact of school dawning once again, but the fact there will be no more lie ins! Tough luck! But it is also because i won't have as much time to talk to you guys (mental cry). Meaning being able to keep up to daily reading... Wah wah! So what have I just received in my box of goodies for this month?... Well, it has to be the entire series of Dan Brown 's Robert Langdon, as well as other novels written by him. Including Deception Point and Digital Fortress. Yay! Frankie and the Gift of Fantasy by Ruthy Ballard

I have always been captivated by the thought that there could be something beyond this world, yet connected by our very own. 'Frankie and the Gift of Fantasy' is set in the age range of being a children's book which is meant to help children think, evaluate and learn, not only about what is beyond our own world, but what happens on Earth today. Frankie can be considered somewhat of a dreamer like any normal kid with some amount of creativity should be. The only problem is that when he needs to be practical according to his parents, his mind is instead, is up in the clouds. But this is not necessarily a bad thing, not when he is transported through a crack in the wall to a place called 'Urth'. The writing can be seen as very colloquial, to the point that it feels as though not only are they omniscient of Frankie and the events that will take place, but it feels like they are reeling the events to only the reader.
